We have experience feeding events of all sizes, from small groups of around 20 people through to large-scale events of 3,000+ guests. Guest numbers shape how each event is approached, including service style, site layout, and overall delivery.
STYLE OF SERVICE
Our service and delivery is dictated by the requirements of each event. For festivals and touring jobs, we primarily operate buffet style with a serviced hot line and plenty of platters, sharers, and self-service style offerings, as well as offering plated options directly to tables or tailored to separate guest and crew areas. Our approach is flexible, adapting to the venue, guest numbers, and the specific needs of the event.
