It’s not easy being green, but we are doing our bit.

As a business, we believe and understand the importance of our environmental practices and the impact they have on our future. We work responsibly with suppliers and employees to ensure the very best service is provided with minimal impact to our surroundings, and we are doing our best to ensure all our suppliers have a similar way of thinking. The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients is at the forefront of what we do and we encourage our staff to be responsible for their actions, ensuring we work efficiently as a team to achieve the same environmental goals.


We’re striving to decrease food waste and our plastic consumption, with our zero waste attitude in all our kitchens, ensures there is minimal food waste. We have developed menus and ways of working that have zero waste at the forefront, to prevent as much as possible from going into the bin.

We have recycling in place at all our sites for all cardboard, glass and food waste. Responsible packaging, wherever possible, for ourselves and our suppliers, is strongly encouraged, using compostable options at every opportunity.

We actively promote ethical trading through our supply chain and Fairtrade products and ingredients; part of our ongoing commitment is to increase our range of Fairtrade products.

We're always on the look out for new Fairtrade products to add to our range, so if you have something we should know about, please get in touch!

 

We welcome and celebrate healthy eating and lifestyle choices, ensuring we incorporate these concepts into our menu planning to provide choice and to suit all customer and crew needs.

We have worked hard to ensure we can deliver our services in the safest way possible, as nothing beats the magic of a dining experience shared with others!

COVID-19 has completely changed our industry. As a result we have enhanced our already stringent health and safety rules to ensure your event and our service is in the best possible hands.

 

We are here for you to talk through any restrictions and queries you may have and to ensure every aspect of the job is covered. Whether that be from our flexible service style, social distancing measures, hot box food delivery options or sustainably packaged meals, to ensuring the crew still get to enjoy our delicious food, in any format.
