We work closely with our suppliers and team to deliver the highest standard of service while minimising our impact on the environments we operate in. We actively encourage our suppliers to share this approach and make considered choices wherever possible. 

The health and wellbeing of our staff and clients is central to everything we do. We foster a culture of responsibility and teamwork, ensuring our crews work efficiently and collaboratively to support shared environmental goals.

Waste Reduction & Packaging

We are committed to reducing food waste and plastic use across all our kitchens. Our menus and ways of working are developed with a zero-waste mindset, aiming to minimise waste at every stage of preparation and service.

Where takeaway or disposable items are required, we use compostable packaging, including takeaway boxes, cutlery, stirrers, and service items, as standard wherever possible.

Recycling & Responsible Sourcing

Recycling systems are in place across our sites for cardboard, glass, and food waste. We strongly encourage responsible packaging choices throughout our supply chain and prioritise compostable and recyclable options whenever available.

We actively support ethical trading and Fairtrade products and ingredients. As part of our ongoing commitment, we continue to expand our Fairtrade range and are always open to discovering new products — if you have something we should know about, we’d love to hear from you.

Health & Wellbeing

We welcome and support healthy eating and lifestyle choices, incorporating these principles into our menu planning. Our aim is to provide balanced, thoughtful options that meet the needs of artists, crews, and clients, while offering genuine choice across all dietary requirements.
