We’ve supported multiple UK and international tours, including high-profile artists like Ed Sheeran’s New Zealand tour, as well as several film productions across the globe, delivering seamless catering in multiple locations.
ED SHEERAN'S
LOOP TOUR
ED SHEERAN LOOP TOUR 2026
In January 2026, we had the pleasure of providing tour catering for the crew on Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour during the New Zealand leg. The tour took us across the country, catering for shows in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. To make it all happen, we travelled the length of New Zealand with our portable kitchen kit, setting up and cooking on site at each venue. Feeding the artists themselves, touring crew and production teams, as well as providing all the main and support artists riders throughout the tour. We’re really proud of the food and grateful for the hardworking, lovely people we met throughout the tour.
Touring like this is as much about people as it is about logistics. Each stop comes with its own rhythm, challenges, and crew, and our job is to slot in seamlessly and support the wider team however we can. From early starts to late finishes, food becomes a moment of pause in a fast-moving day, and we take that responsibility seriously. Being trusted to do that consistently, across five shows and multiple cities, is something we value deeply and approach with a lot of care.
LOGISTICS & SET UP
Our location and tour catering is built around efficient operations and seamless delivery. We manage full load-ins and load-outs, organise kitchen equipment for any site, and coordinate logistics to keep service running smoothly across temporary, remote, or challenging locations. Every detail - from setup to cleanup - is planned to ensure crews and performers can rely on consistent, professional catering no matter where the production takes them.
SCALABILITY
Our catering operation is designed to scale depending on the size and structure of each project. We work with small crews as well as large touring teams, adjusting staffing, equipment, and service to suit the requirements of the job. For larger or more complex productions, we’re able to operate multiple catering areas at the same time, allowing us to service different sites or schedules while keeping the approach and food consistent throughout.
